I will stamp all over 'credible boxer' Paul - Joshua
The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-round fight which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "break" the American as the two fighters met personally to promote the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former two-time unified heavyweight champion Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Mindset
"I plan to injure his face and break his body up. I'm here to prove my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Civil Interaction
Despite such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually famous for his dramatics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "not serious" after Ngannou turned down a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, took aim at British opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he showed up," the boxer stated.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
Still, the relative newcomer remains one of boxing's greatest financial successes, regularly earning substantial earnings.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in rounds four or five and stated he would derail the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly being planned for two years from now.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Paul declared.
